The pieces of the sculpture Blue and Silver are positioned slightly apart. They have much in common via form and construction derived from the same 2D shape. Though differentiated by 3D form, color, and finish, there is a sense of collaboration and connection. Both are kinetic and move with wind gusts, connected with the surrounding environment.
These sculptures are designed for outdoor placement with minimal maintenance. Construction metal is stainless steel and paint finish is (automotive grade) urethane/acrylic.
